Refund and Returns Policy

7-Day Returns

You may return any unopened, unused product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Message us on Telegram @deyouglobal with your order number to start a return.

Faulty or Wrong Items

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, send us a photo or short video within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full — including delivery costs.

12-Month Warranty Claims

All products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us with your order number and a description (photo/video helps) — we repair, replace or refund.

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued via bank transfer, bKash/Nagad, or the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item reaches our warehouse.

Non-Returnable Cases

• Products damaged by misuse, water, or unauthorized repair
• Opened consumables (cables, screen protectors) unless faulty
• Return requests made after 7 days of delivery (warranty claims still accepted)
